Olympic University

The place where leaders come together to share, experience, and build valuable relationships. Rooted in the philosophy of Olympism and the Olympic Ideals, Olympic University offers programs and conferences built on four pillars:

Performance: At Olympic University, we are all about performance - both on and off the field of play. These programs focus on improving performance in all aspects of our lives. Using sport as a metaphor, we help leaders see how to improve the performance of themselves, their teams and their organizations.

Leadership: At Olympic University, leadership means "creating meaningful change". These programs focus on helping leaders at all levels understand the change
process and how individuals experience and respond to change. We also have a strong focus on Personal Leadership. This entails helping leaders to find their internal leadership voice, act with courage, generate followership, which ultimately drives meaningful change in the world. We will utilize and discuss various tools, methodologies and assessments in helping leaders on their journey.

Health and Wellness: Individual success is more than just "improved numbers". These programs fall into two broad categories. The first category (Wellness) contains programs that teach leaders to focus on more than just their "intellectual" energy, but also their physical and emotional well-being. The second, but equally important category is Health - where we work with leaders to create and evangelize solutions that can improve the overall health of all Americans, such as childhood obesity, diabetes and physical fitness..

Peace: The Olympic Ideals promote peace and we strive to be a catalyst for positive momentum in this area. By weaving the concept of Olympism into all that we teach, Olympic University can foster the principles we believe will lead us to a more peaceful and ethical society. We will be hosting broad dialogues, collaboratives and programs with the focus on purpose-driven leadership and the role of the individual and the corporation in driving toward world peace.

Olympic University offers three types of educational solutions:

Programs
Open enrollment training classes designed around a specific subject matter for a specific level of audience. Typically, programs are run several times per year. Programs can also be run specifically for an intact work team or organization.

Conferences
Focused on a particular topic, conferences are one time events for a specific number of people. Typically there will be a keynote speaker, a number of workshops and an opportunity for networking.

Customized Solutions
Working with business leaders on the issues facing their teams or organizations, Olympic University staff can create and facilitate programs designed to build specific skills, create dialogue to uncover issues and solve problems. We offer a unique setting and activities to unleash creativity as well as facilitate a myriad of other solutions.
